Apple Pie Green Smoothie

This tastes great and it’s even nice with a little oatmeal added and hot water to make it a room temp smoothie rather than a cold one.

It’s easy too!

2 apples

1 Tbsp flax or hemp seeds

1 banana

1 tsp cinnamon

greens of your choice

water

Whirl it all in your blender and enjoy.
