Many times when people hear about or see my green smoothies they kind of look at me with an empathetic face and probably think, “This poor gal has gone off her rocker. Too bad she never eats anything good anymore”…hahahaha…Little do they know I feel the empathy because they don’t know what they’re missing.
Of course, my tastes have changed over the years and I graduated from adding greens powder into my smoothies and progressed to adding real greens such as kale or spinach. I’ve also had the disastrous result of adding way too much romaine once and thinking I had made a frozen mud pie. Ugh…we live and learn right?
