About Me

Hi!

I’m Isabel but everyone calls me Isa (EE-za). I’m a personal trainer who specializes in the method of movement called T-Tapp.  I’m in the Greater Toronto Area in Ontario, Canada but I also do training by video conference. I’m also a Healthy Eating and Weight Loss coach. I’ve transformed my life via healthy eating and exercise and I’m here to help you do the same.

After losing 80lbs I discovered that I love to coach others to be the best that they can be when it comes to exercise and nutrient-rich food choices that encourage weight loss in a manner that supports your ultimate health. It is my passion to make tasty plant-based recipes but I also can help you whether or not you want to eat like a vegetarian.

I can help you be the best you can be with healthy eating and exercise. No matter how busy you are I can show you how to be in and out of the kitchen quickly and also teach you exercises that will get you results in as little as 15 minutes per day. It is my pleasure to work with others who want to improve their life and increase their health and vitality!
