Chocolate “Milkshake”

Craving a milkshake or frosty drink? two ripe bananas, 1 Tbsp cocoa powder, 1 Tbsp flax or hemp seeds, 8 ice cubes and a bit of water to blend…yummo!

Nutritarian recipes don’t all have to be boring! This is perfect if you’re dreaming about a frosty coffee house drink…hey…you could splurge and add a coffee substitute to make it a mocha!
