I love Dr. Fuhrman since I credit him with making my transformation possible and for giving me a whole new life. I’m so happy to see him appearing on TV. I had the pleasure of meeting him once and he is truly a passionate voice for wellness and health. He cares and he will not water down his message to fit in. I respect that.
There are lots of diets out there but how many actually protect you from illness and give you improved health and immunity? Maybe you don’t need to lose weight but Dr. Fuhrman has several other books out such as Disease-Proof Your Child or Super Immunity which are also great reads and very informative. This is science and not something he cooked up to generate sales. His books are packed with references to medical journals and scientific results. Read more from Dr. Fuhrman
Here’s a wonderful clip of Dr. Fuhrman explaining his Nutritarian diet which can be found in Eat To Live – For Fast and Sustained Weightloss

I am so trying the black bean brownies! Can’t wait! Thanks for sharing!
Hello Isa, I made the black bean brownies and they were divine, they seem to taste even better the next day! Quick question, I keep seeing the same recipe online minus the apples, have you tried them that way and what is the outcome? Thanks again.
Thanks Chris. I’ve never tried them that way but if you have, how’d they turn out?
