I don’t know about you but I’m a bit slow in setting my goals and plans for this new year. A little too much free time has left me craving the lazy lifestyle at times rather than being on the go and taking action. It’s ok for a little while but it’s time to snap out of it. I still haven’t planned everything out but one thing I do know that needs immediate attention is my eating! After quitting smoking and indulging a bit too much over the holidays I need to watch my emotional eating and watch the slips out of nutritarian eating too….for me that’s a slippery slope. Are you considering revamping or tweaking your eating?
I know that some of you may be feeling the same or overwhelmed and aren’t sure where to start and if that’s where you’re at have no fear…start where you are. The key to remember is that in order to get what you want you need to decide what it is that you want then what steps you need to take in order to get there…that’s it.
If it’s too much right now just decide one thing. You don’t need to plan your whole future right now! No one is asking for a strategic 5 year plan with charts and reports :). How about one thing for yourself this month? Break it up! What I’m going to do is eat the foods on the six week plan of Eat To Live“ and only when I’m truly hungry.
