Playing in the Kitchen with Vegan and Raw Recipes

I love trying out new things or making special favourites on weekends.  I’m very busy during the week and I usually make enough food for myself to eat during the week.  Weekends are my play time for trying out plant-based, whole food recipes that are either raw or vegan.

Today I’m looking forward to making some raw sushi with a sunflower seed pate base and also some chocolate mint bars with no flour or sugar! Can’t wait to see how these things turn out.  What are you planning on trying that is new today?
