Ever worry about what you’re going to eat when you want to stick to a healthy eating plan and you won’t have all the comforts of home? That is what inspired me to attempt making raw vegan snack bars.
I’m heading off to a retreat for a week and I wanted to have breakfast/snack options that fit into my plan and give me energy to face several workout clinics without any added sweeteners and minimal processed products. As much as I love the taste of some bars out there I wanted something that I could make myself. Behold the results…one totally raw and the other mostly raw but still vegan.
I hope you try them. You could probably bake them if you want to try them but don’t have a dehydrator. Let me know how they turn out if you do!
