As a nutritarian, I’ve been having green smoothies for 8 years or so but I find that I keep falling back on my favorites. It’s time for some new and interesting green smoothie recipes.
That is where you come into the picture…share your favourite green smoothie recipes.
My basic formula is 1tbsp flax or hemp, fruit (usually a banana then others), baby spinach or kale then water and ice if necessary! It’s that easy!
